Lisa D. Steele began her pottery training in British Columbia 20 years ago. Concurrent to an academic career at UPEI she operates under the name Steele Bits & Pieces Pottery, Lisa Steele has also used L. D. Steele in some situations.
Her member profile on the PEI Crafts Council's website indicates: "Lisa Steele started doing pottery in British Columbia over twenty years ago and has been making pieces ever since. She has an appreciation for all sorts of functional or just-for-fun pottery, and likes trying out different pottery techniques and glazes."
